• • As a Remote Care Partner (Certified Medical Assistant) at Medsien Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting patients with chronic health conditions by creating and tracking personalized care plans, ensuring adherence, and providing compassionate remote care from anywhere in the U.S.
• • Day to day, you will regularly engage with patients via phone or video, monitor their device readings for out-of-bound values, maintain detailed records of interactions and program details, and ensure compliance with CCM/RPM regulations while striving to meet performance goals.
