  • • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, and product roles at CodeRabbit, managing every stage from sourcing to close.
  • • Build and scale outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch to attract exceptional engineering talent from top tech companies and research labs.
  • • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, align on candidate profiles, and execute talent acquisition plans.
  • • Design and optimize end-to-end hiring processes including screening, onsite interviews, and offer negotiation to ensure efficiency and high conversion rates.
  • • Close top-tier engineering candidates in competitive markets for roles at the frontier of AI and developer tools.
  • • Track, analyze, and improve key hiring funnel metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
  • • Own and manage recruitment tools including ATS (Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal interview workflows to enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity.
  • • Identify and engage passive candidates with deep technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development tools.
  • • Maintain a high bar for candidate quality by evaluating technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit without relying on proxies or generic criteria.
  • • Translate complex technical requirements into compelling candidate narratives to attract engineers seeking mission-driven, high-impact environments.
  • • Adapt recruiting tactics rapidly in response to market shifts, hiring priorities, and founder feedback.
  • • Ensure a seamless, respectful, and transparent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring timelines with product roadmaps and engineering capacity planning.
  • • Continuously refine interview rubrics and evaluation criteria to reduce bias and increase predictive validity of hiring decisions.
  • • Document and institutionalize recruiting best practices to scale talent acquisition as the company grows.
  • • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent market trends, competitive hiring landscapes, and compensation benchmarks for AI-focused roles.
  • • Prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on long-term fit and technical excellence rather than filling positions quickly.
  • • Maintain rigorous organization of candidate pipelines and communication logs to ensure accountability and continuity across hiring cycles.
  • • Navigate ambiguity with agility, making data-informed decisions while operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • • Represent CodeRabbit’s mission and vision to candidates as a trusted voice for the company’s vision of human-machine collaboration in code development.
