- • The Technology Solutions Trainer (TST) manages the broker experience throughout the new build and renewal process, serving as a key point of contact to ensure seamless technology adoption and client satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial training and intake meetings with sales teams, brokers, and BenAdmin stakeholders; delivering technical product demos; analyzing client needs; recommending appropriate technology solutions; monitoring broker build progress; providing superior customer service; and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the broker experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in a technology-based field or HS diploma/GED with 3-4 years of working experience with technology software
- • Outstanding verbal and video presentation skills
- • Minimum of three years related experience in Insurance, BenAdmin, broker agency, carrier, or benefits insurance
- • Ability to professionally articulate clearly and conversationally, and compose clear, concise, professional correspondence
- • Proficient in conducting technical product demo/training sessions on a regular basis
- • Demonstrated ability to easily learn new systems, applications, and technology
