- • This role is a Personal Assistant to the Chairman at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., a fast-growing digital insurance group based in China, where you will serve as the steady hand behind the scenes to protect the Chairman’s time, energy, and focus by managing both personal and logistical matters.
- • Day to day, you will manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters; coordinate personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations; handle daily logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations; run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors; arrange gifts, celebrations, and family events; liaise with family members and external contacts; track personal payments, claims, renewals, and documentation; and support executive-related tasks like meeting preparation and follow-ups when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role
- • Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households
- • Excellent organization and communication skills
- • High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information
- • Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
