📋 Description
- • Lead the adaptation of AI evaluation benchmarks into Modern Standard Arabic for the GCC market, managing a distributed team of domain experts to produce high-quality, culturally and regulatorily compliant datasets and research outputs.
- • Onboard task creators and reviewers, gate tasks for quality at all checkpoints, manage rework, coordinate across domain pods (Islamic Finance, Petroleum Engineering, Healthcare, Government, Real Estate, etc.), and ensure steady weekly delivery cadence with production support.
- • Partner with LILT’s research team on weekly delivery reviews and inputs into research, escalate sourcing gaps and tool issues, and identify top-performing contributors for expanded work.
- • Ensure cultural and regulatory accuracy by aligning tasks with GCC frameworks such as ZATCA, CMA, AAOIFI, and Saudi Aramco HSE/SAES, while operating as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level Arabic (MSA) with professional working English
- • Project management experience leading distributed expert teams, ideally in localization, evaluation, annotation, or regulated knowledge-work domains
- • Familiarity with LLMs, rubric evaluation, and LLM pipelines, with ability to teach LLM use to non-technical users
- • Demonstrable judgment about quality in professional GCC Arabic content
- • Working familiarity with one or more relevant sectors (Finance, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Information, Professional Services)
- • Strong written communication for async coordination across pods
