📋 Description

• • Lead the infrastructure, systems, and global delivery of the Talent Acquisition function as Director, Talent Acquisition Operations and Strategy at Guidewire Software, Inc.
• • Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes globally; own TA technology strategy including Workday, HiredScore, Joveo, and LinkedIn; drive AI and automation adoption across the recruiting lifecycle; lead global TA coordination for scheduling, offers, and background checks; own employer brand strategy and vendor management; ensure TA data integrity and global compliance with regulations like GDPR.
• • Partner with TA leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Business Technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality hiring experience at scale.
