- • As a People Operations Coordinator at Harvey AI Inc., you will own the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring data integrity and smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes across a growing global workforce.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include auditing and reconciling HR data in Workday, managing new hire, change, and departure transactions, administering contractor engagements and exits, serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, maintaining internal HR documentation, supporting compliance reporting, and partnering with Legal, Finance, and business teams on People Ops initiatives.
- • You will join a sharp, motivated, and mission-driven team at Harvey AI, a company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and an enterprise-grade platform, with 1000+ customers in 60+ countries and strong investor backing.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in HRIS operations, global employee lifecycle management, and cross-functional HR processes, while contributing to the scaling of a high-growth startup and building operational rigor in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role
- • Experience with an HRIS — Workday strongly preferred
- • High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built
- • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping
- • Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked
