- • The Global Mobility & International Benefits Lead will design and manage frameworks for international employee moves, cross-border working, and benefits outside the core home market, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
- • Day to day, the role involves advising managers and employees on global mobility policies, coordinating with legal and tax teams on cross-border employment issues, administering international benefits programs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration and social security regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Kraken Technologies Limited is a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system, powering innovative global developments in energy through its operating system for energy that optimizes renewable generation and enhances grid intelligence and customer experiences.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in global mobility and international benefits, build scalable people processes, influence cross-functional policy decisions, and contribute to Kraken’s mission of enabling a sustainable future through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in global mobility, international HR, or benefits administration
- • Knowledge of international employment law, tax, and social security regulations
- • Ability to build clear frameworks and provide practical advice to employees and managers
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience working in a technology or fast-paced environment
