- • Lead therapeutic area-specific clinical and digital endpoint and outcomes strategy across enterprise customers, advising on selection, deployment, and optimization of evidence generation strategies within clinical programs.
- • Own the build and maintenance of therapeutic area frameworks with reusable assets (one-pagers, narratives, playbooks) to support commercial growth, partnering with clinical, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with platform capabilities.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and senior customer stakeholders, supporting digital transformation and portfolio-level planning discussions, collaborating with Product, Medical, Marketing, and GTM teams to reflect customer needs in platform evolution and messaging.
- • Own strategy execution within defined therapeutic areas and accounts, contribute to portfolio-level strategy definition, and ensure quality, credibility, and impact of clinical and digital endpoint strategy delivered to customers through influence without direct authority.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience in clinical development, digital health, life sciences consulting, or related roles ideally within a CRO or service provider organization, or a combination of education and experience
- • Experience supporting therapeutic area-level strategies, enterprise customers, or platform-based clinical solutions with the ability to operate as a credible clinical and strategic advisor with senior sponsor stakeholders
- • Exposure to digital endpoints, sensors, real-world data, or evidence-generation strategies highly valued
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating complex clinical concepts into clear value narratives
- • Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating in matrixed environments
- • Commercial awareness with the ability to support account growth and enterprise positioning
