• • Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner responsible for leading full lifecycle recruiting and supporting internal career growth at SimSpace, an AI Proving Ground trusted by governments and enterprises to enhance cyber readiness.
• • Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates across traditional and non-traditional channels, crafting employer brand content, advising hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidate experiences, championing inclusive hiring practices, and partnering with R&D, Product, GTM, G&A, and Professional Services teams to meet hiring goals.
• • SimSpace is a mission-driven organization founded by experts from U.S. Cyber Command and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, focused on building adaptive, AI-ready defenses through realistic simulation platforms that compress cyber readiness cycles from months to days.
