• • The PEO Payroll Specialist Lead is a mid-level individual contributor responsible for executing and supporting payroll operations within the US PEO environment, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while driving process improvements.
• • Day to day, the role involves executing end-to-end payroll operations, validating inputs and calculations, managing exceptions and reconciliations, supporting process implementations, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying workflow improvements, participating in system testing, guiding other payroll specialists, and monitoring performance metrics.
• • The role sits within the Global Operations (EOR & Payroll) team at Remote, a fully remote-first company solving global employment compliance challenges through innovation, automation, and AI, with team members across six continents and a mission to build the best-in-class HR platform.
