• • The Senior Director, Psychometric Systems leads operational and people strategy for College Board’s Psychometrics function, ensuring scalable, high-quality measurement solutions for over seven million students annually.
• • Day to day, you will manage the Natural Language Measurement/Automatic Scoring Team, align execution capacity with demand, strengthen cross-program coordination, and support leadership operations including planning and internship programs.
• • College Board is a mission-driven nonprofit advancing access and equity in education through college readiness and success programs like SAT, AP, and state partnerships.
• • In this role, you will build sustainable operational infrastructure, develop technical leaders, foster an inclusive culture, and enable innovation in AI-enabled scoring and digital assessment while preserving psychometric expertise.
