• • Senior Legal Counsel at Bounteous Holdings LLC is a strategic leadership role responsible for providing expert legal guidance to support the company’s digital transformation consulting services across global markets. This position ensures legal compliance, risk mitigation, and contractual integrity while enabling innovative client engagements in Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Marketing.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts (including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and technology agreements), advising on data privacy and intellectual property matters, supporting corporate governance, managing litigation risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business objectives in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.
