📋 Description

• • As a Developer Engagement Representative for Indonesia, you will play a key role in growing and supporting Roblox’s local creator community by building relationships, organizing events, and ensuring culturally relevant engagement.
• • Day to day, you will identify and engage with potential developer partners, plan and execute online and offline community events and workshops, manage programs from concept to completion, and support translation and localization efforts to make resources accessible to Indonesian creators.
• • You will join Roblox’s International Developer Engagement Team, a global group dedicated to empowering creators worldwide by providing tools, resources, and community-building initiatives that help bring imaginative experiences to life on the platform.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in community engagement, cross-cultural communication, and program management while contributing to Roblox’s mission of connecting a billion people with optimism and civility through shared 3D experiences.
