🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of proven recruiting experience, specifically with U.S. clients or for U.S.-based roles.
- • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, such as a high-growth startup or a high-velocity recruitment agency.
- • Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations effectively.
- • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- • Willingness and ability to align work hours with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional availability for calls outside standard business hours.
- • High degree of comfort and adaptability in utilizing technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven workflows.
- • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit beyond keyword matching, considering skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
