This involves not just executing searches, but deeply understanding client needs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional candidates. You will be instrumental in shaping the client experience and the effectiveness of our AI-driven recruiting workflow.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing AI-generated candidate matches, applying your expert judgment to quickly identify the most promising and relevant talent. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what constitutes a truly exceptional candidate beyond mere keyword alignment.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough interviews and qualifications of candidates. Your ability to assess not only technical skills and experience but also cultural fit and potential will be paramount. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of proven recruiting experience, specifically with U.S. clients or for U.S.-based roles.
  • • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, such as a high-growth startup or a high-velocity recruitment agency.
  • • Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • • Willingness and ability to align work hours with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional availability for calls outside standard business hours.
  • • High degree of comfort and adaptability in utilizing technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven workflows.
  • • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit beyond keyword matching, considering skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • • A high level of ownership, reliability, and the capacity to operate independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
