🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience building and leading high-engagement communities at scale, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- • Demonstrated experience personally managing or growing communities before transitioning into leadership positions
- • Proven ability to design scalable community programs across multiple regions or markets, including online and in-person engagement strategies

- • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate vision into operational systems and measurable outcomes
- • Leadership experience managing teams responsible for community experience, member engagement, or ecosystem development
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to shape and scale one of Africa’s most impactful tech talent communities, directly contributing to ALX’s goal of empowering 2 million Africans by 2030
- • Full-time remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere, aligned with preferred GMT+2 time zone for effective collaboration across African hubs
- • Access to professional development resources and encouragement to pursue certifications that reflect personal and career growth within a mission-driven, innovative organization
