- • As an HRIS Specialist (Workday) at MoneyHero Group Limited, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Workday HR platform, ensuring its efficient operation, accurate employee lifecycle management, and reliable workforce insights across multiple Southeast Asian markets including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines. Your work will directly support the People & Talent team in driving HR digital maturity, strengthening system governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership.
- • You will manage and maintain Workday Core HCM modules including Talent Management and Absence, configure and optimize business process frameworks and approval workflows, ensure accurate employee lifecycle management from hiring to offboarding, troubleshoot system errors and workflow failures, strengthen system governance and audit readiness, identify automation opportunities for manual HR processes, develop and maintain Workday dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and performance tracking, lead HR data clean-up and governance initiatives, conduct periodic data audits between Workday and external systems, support integrations with payroll providers and internal platforms, collaborate with IT and external vendors on system enhancements, serve as the primary point of contact for Workday queries across HR teams and stakeholders, provide system support and guidance to HR, managers, and employees, and conduct training sessions and develop user guides to improve adoption and user experience.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Workday configuration, HR data governance, cross-system integrations, and workforce analytics while contributing to the digital transformation of HR operations across multiple countries. You will gain exposure to regional payroll frameworks, multi-country HRIS environments, and audit-compliant system governance, positioning you as a trusted advisor in HR technology and enabling career advancement in HRIS, HR analytics, or HR digital leadership within a fast-growing fintech organisation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in HRIS or Workday delivery with strong exposure to Core HCM modules including Talent Management and Absence
- • Proven experience in Workday configuration, business process frameworks, approval workflows, and system governance controls
- • Experience managing HR system reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics including headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and performance tracking
- • Experience supporting HR system integrations with payroll providers and internal platforms, and collaborating with IT and external vendors on system upgrades and enhancements
- • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and vendor teams
- • Basic understanding of regional payroll frameworks across Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Philippines
- • Experience working in a multi-country HRIS environment and familiarity with HR compliance, data governance, and audit controls
- • Experience supporting HR digital transformation or Workday implementations
