- • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate identification, assessment, initial phone screens, interview facilitation, and feedback collection from clients and candidates.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through proactive market research and ongoing bench management.
- • Develop and execute creative, data-driven recruitment strategies tailored to client needs and industry trends in Poland and South Africa.
- • Present high-quality talent pipelines to clients, overcoming hiring objections and ensuring alignment with client expectations for role fit and culture.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing consultative guidance on final candidate selections, compensation structures, and recruitment process optimization.
- • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions and hires, tracking performance against key metrics.
- • Accurately update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and generate required reports for internal and client use.
- • Demonstrate expert knowledge of competitive market conditions, passive sourcing techniques, and advanced internet search methodologies to identify top-tier executive and leadership talent.
- • Communicate the recruitment pipeline clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients to ensure transparency and alignment.
- • Embrace change and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, deadlines, and client demands in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Collaborate actively with the recruitment team to share insights, improve processes, and foster a culture of open communication and mutual support.
- • Utilize intermediate MS Office skills and a strong social media presence to enhance candidate outreach and employer branding efforts.
- • Ensure compliance with best practices in recruitment, including ethical sourcing, candidate experience, and data integrity within the ATS.
- • Anticipate client hiring needs and hiring manager preferences to deliver high submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
- • Balance administrative responsibilities with strategic recruitment activities to maximize efficiency and impact.
