  • The Knowledge Intelligence Partner role supports the development and optimization of an AI-powered HR knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring HR information is accurate, accessible, and intelligently structured for employees across the organization.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and organizing HR knowledge repositories, creating templates and guides, tagging and categorizing content using taxonomies and AI-assisted tools, generating usage reports, responding to knowledge requests, supporting content governance, coordinating knowledge management initiatives, developing project timelines, facilitating stakeholder meetings, tracking action items, and preparing status reports for leadership.
