- • As an HR Systems Analyst at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the company’s HRIS (Hibob) and People Experience (PX) processes, directly supporting the mission to help people live longer, healthier lives by enabling HR teams to focus on strategic people initiatives.
- • You will own the end-to-end management of the HRIS system, including data architecture, workflows, access controls, permissions, and integrations with other tools, while leading the implementation and migration to new HR technologies to improve standardization and automation across global operations.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Global PX Services team and cross-functional partners (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, Finance, BI) to design, implement, and continuously improve people-centric, compliant PX processes that support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- • In this role, you will drive innovation by exploring and potentially implementing AI-driven automation in HR processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and gaining hands-on experience in HR technology transformation within a fast-growing, global tech scale-up.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, labor relations, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a similar global HRIS or process ownership role, ideally within a tech scale-up environment.
- • Proven experience as a system administrator, process owner, and project leader, with a key role in an HRIS implementation or migration project.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams while working independently and taking initiative.
- • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to compile data, conduct research, and solve complex HRIS and process-related problems.
