- • Lead and develop a training team responsible for training 500+ employees across Member Operations for UK and EU markets, covering six key functions: Member Support, KYX, Ongoing Monitoring, Collections, Complaints, and Quality Assurance.
- • Drive onboarding and ongoing development for new and existing employees to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to perform at their best, directly supporting operational excellence and outstanding member experience.
- • Tide Platform Limited is a fast-growing fintech transforming small business banking, serving over 2 million members globally across the UK, India, Germany, and France, with over 2,800 employees and recognised as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years.
- • Shape training strategy, innovate learning methodologies, build data-driven analytics, and lead cross-functional partnerships to drive measurable business impact, while developing future training leaders and embedding a member-centric learning culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing training teams, ideally within customer-facing operations or regulated industries
- • Deep expertise in training methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning best practices, preferably in fintech, financial services, or regulated sectors
- • Strong training operations skills including managing scheduling, coordination, documentation, and feedback loops at scale
- • Comfortable working with data and business analytics tools such as Excel and SQL, with ability to leverage data to drive performance and measure impact
- • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to engage and inspire audiences of all sizes
- • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and levels of seniority
