📋 Description
- • As a Commercial Counsel for EMEA at ElevenLabs, you will play a critical role in enabling the company’s global growth by managing complex commercial transactions across Europe, ensuring legal compliance while supporting innovation in the fast-evolving AI landscape.
- • You will draft, review, and negotiate enterprise-level SaaS, licensing, and partnership agreements, partner closely with sales, business development, and operations teams to accelerate go-to-market strategies, and maintain localized contract templates and playbooks aligned with regional regulations.
- • You will join a high-impact, autonomous legal team within a globally distributed, AI-first company that values impact over titles, rapid experimentation, and excellence in all work — from legal strategy to product innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-related legal frameworks, data privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border transactions, while contributing to the scaling of a world-class legal function and gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology and global business operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction
- • 5+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, with in-house technology or SaaS experience strongly preferred
- • Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
- • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
- • Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
