- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing California workers compensation claims, investigating claim exposure, negotiating settlements within authority, communicating claim activity to claimants and clients, and reporting to excess carriers while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service expectations and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in California workers compensation claims adjudication
