- • The Sr CRA II / Site Management role is a home-based position in Poland supporting clinical trial execution under the Functional Service Provider (FSP) model, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across study sites.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product handling, maintaining site files, and supporting audit readiness.
- • The role involves collaboration with project teams, sponsors, and site personnel, providing guidance and mentorship to junior CRAs, and contributing to study planning, budgeting, and process improvements, particularly in Real World Late Phase (RWLP) studies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with moderate critical thinking ability
- • Ability to manage up to 75% travel on a regular basis
- • Proficiency with computers and willingness to adopt new technologies
