- • As an L&D Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will strengthen employee engagement, learning, and culture across the organisation by designing and running practical programs that improve connection, capability, and performance—directly contributing to the company’s mission of building superior application platforms while fostering a positive societal impact.
- • Day to day, you will own and manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar, plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end, coordinate learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership topics, maintain training logistics, run onboarding culture sessions, partner with People Ops and leaders to embed culture and recognition, and track engagement and learning data to continuously improve program quality and impact.

Bhd. is a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization, where all members are expected to be hands-on and contribute directly to the mission of digitizing industries and integrating AI into emerging use cases, serving over 8 million users across Southeast Asia through its leading insurance platform.
- • In this role, you will develop practical expertise in designing and executing scalable learning and engagement initiatives, gain experience in measuring program effectiveness through data tracking, and deepen your ability to align L&D efforts with real-world business operations in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment.

- • Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles
- • Strong execution and coordination skills—you can run multiple programs without dropping details
- • Comfort working with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems (LMS/HRIS)
- • Clear communication and facilitation skills, especially in group settings
- • A practical mindset—focused on what actually works, not theory
- • High ownership, energy, and willingness to get things done in a fast-moving environment
