• • The Central Operations Analytics Analyst supports operational decision-making by developing and analyzing data related to operational workflows and key performance indicators across Central Operations, contributing to performance monitoring and reporting.
• • Day to day, the role involves identifying, developing, and validating technological solutions for reporting needs; conducting routine analysis and tests of report components; managing ad-hoc and recurring reports for site leaders and business partners; providing insights to decision makers using past performance analysis; analyzing data to measure business process effectiveness; investigating and resolving data errors; collaborating with business partners to understand needs; delivering professional, customer-focused service; demonstrating empathy with stakeholders; and applying independent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
