- • As the first finance hire at Viktor, you will own the entire finance function from accounting to investor relations, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping the financial foundation of a fast-growing AI startup.
- • You will build and maintain a living financial model that drives real-time decisions on hiring, spending, and runway, ensuring founders and investors have accurate, actionable data without delay.
- • You will manage cash flow, lead fundraising efforts including diligence and data room preparation, and serve as the trusted financial partner to co-founders on strategic decisions like equity, compensation, and vendor contracts.
- • You will establish scalable finance processes, own month-end close and board reporting, and eventually hire and lead a finance team as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance at a venture-backed startup
- • Deep expertise in SaaS financial modeling, ARR vs bookings, deferred revenue, equity dilution, and 409A valuations
- • Proven ability to build financial functions from scratch in ambiguous, high-growth environments
