As a full-time Menu & Revenue Optimization Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and enhancing customer experience.

  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead initiatives focused on optimizing revenue and improving customer retention. This involves a deep dive into our market portfolio and chef restrictions, identifying strategic opportunities for improvement in both the short and long term. You will proactively manage these portfolios to ensure they align with our business goals and customer demands.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is analyzing menu gaps and implementing swift, effective actions to ensure weekly menu satisfaction. This requires a keen understanding of customer preferences and market trends, ensuring our offerings are always fresh, appealing, and meet high standards of quality.
  • • You will also be responsible for evaluating and approving new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to enhance the variety and appeal of our menu. Post-launch, you will meticulously monitor the performance of these new items, gathering data to inform future menu development and optimization strategies.
  • • Overseeing premium weekly planning is another key function, where you will strategically manage our premium offerings to maximize revenue on a weekly basis. This involves forecasting, pricing strategies, and promotional planning to ensure optimal profitability.
  • • Identifying opportunities for margin-based revenue improvement will be a core focus. You will develop and execute comprehensive action plans for each identified initiative, working cross-functionally to implement changes that boost profitability without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
  • • This role also provides the opportunity to support exciting expansion projects, including On-demand services, Chef Marketing initiatives, and Business-to-Business (B2B) ventures. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the viability and optimizing the performance of these new growth areas.
  • • You will be responsible for preparing and sharing insightful weekly and monthly reports and dashboards that track the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Menu Planning team. These reports will be vital for communicating progress, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions across the organization.
  • • Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with various stakeholders across different departments is essential. You will ensure clear, effective communication, fostering a cohesive approach to revenue optimization and menu strategy.
  • • This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, where you will identify process gaps and opportunities for enhancement. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of making business impacts through analysis and operational execution; experience in optimization projects is highly valued.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • • Ability to identify process gaps and opportunities, and a willingness to take the necessary steps to improve and implement them.
  • • Comfort handling multiple projects and assignments, with the ability to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
