  • • As a Lead Generation & Research Analyst at Agent Inc., you will play a pivotal role in fueling the growth engine of a rapidly expanding, venture-backed SaaS company that is revolutionizing the logistics industry. Your primary mission will be to meticulously build and maintain high-quality, verified lead lists, identify key decision-makers within target organizations, and enrich company and contact profiles with precision. This role is the bedrock of our outbound sales strategy, ensuring that our sales development representatives (SDRs) and business development representatives (BDRs) have the accurate and relevant information they need to engage potential clients effectively. You will not be directly involved in sales outreach, but your diligent research and data integrity will be the critical foundation upon which successful sales conversations are built.
  • • Your responsibilities will span across several key areas, beginning with in-depth Company & Contact Research. You will be tasked with identifying and profiling companies that fit our ideal customer profile within the dynamic logistics and supply chain sectors. This involves a deep dive into understanding their business models, ownership structures, company size, and the technology stack they currently utilize. A crucial part of this research is mapping out the key decision-makers, specifically targeting individuals in leadership positions such as VPs, Directors, and Heads of Logistics or Operations, who have the authority to drive purchasing decisions for our innovative SaaS solution.
  • • Following company identification, you will excel in Lead Generation & List Building. This entails constructing verified lead lists that strictly adhere to predefined firmographic and role-based targeting criteria. You will leverage a suite of powerful sales intelligence and prospecting tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, SalesQL, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, and various public databases. The emphasis here is on data integrity; your lists must be free from inaccuracies, ensuring no bounced emails, irrelevant contacts, or superfluous information. The quality of your output directly impacts the efficiency and success rate of our outbound campaigns.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be Data Validation & Enrichment. This involves rigorously cross-checking and verifying all contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company URLs, to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness. You will also be responsible for enriching existing lead records with any missing critical information, maintaining consistency across all our sales and marketing tools. Furthermore, you will meticulously document your research sources, track the confidence level of the data you gather, and annotate any unusual or noteworthy cases to provide context for the sales team.
