- • The Central Operations Analytics Senior Analyst develops, monitors, and trends data and reporting related to operational workflows and key performance indicators to support organizational excellence at Ensemble Health Partners LLC, a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating SQL templates for recurring use in Databricks, training co-workers and operational leaders in Excel, SQL, and Databricks, managing ad-hoc and recurring reports for site leaders and business partners, analyzing data to measure business process effectiveness, identifying and resolving reporting errors, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of job experience in data interpretation and analysis
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Advanced Pivot Visualization
- • Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge (including temp tables, CTEs) and experience with Databricks and PowerBI
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- • Willingness to travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
