- • A Certified Integration EST (Estimator/Service Technician) role at Henry Schein, Inc. focused on delivering excellence in customer service through the installation, repair, and maintenance of dental technology in practitioner offices across the Metro Minneapolis region, with remote work flexibility.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing field-based installation and repair of dental equipment, maintaining tools and inventory in a service vehicle, completing work orders and paperwork on time, attending required training, complying with OSHA and company safety policies, educating customers on equipment care and troubleshooting, and communicating effectively with internal teams and dispatchers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three years’ experience as a customer-facing Field Technician
- • High school diploma, associate degree, or technical school certification
- • Valid driver’s license required
- • Experience in computer networking including hardware and software configuration, troubleshooting, and installation
- • IT industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server, Networking, Security, MTA, or MCSE (preferred for intermediate/advanced candidates)
- • Strong customer interpersonal skills and ability to comply with company uniform and dress policy
