- • As an AI Tutor - Chemical Engineering specialist at xAI Corporation, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to create AI systems that understand the universe and support human knowledge pursuit by providing expert-level input and labeling for AI training datasets using proprietary software.
- • Your work will directly contribute to refining AI model performance through high-quality data curation, annotation tool improvement, and collaboration with technical teams on innovative initiatives in a fast-paced, flat-organization environment that values initiative and excellence.
- • You will use proprietary software applications to provide precise input and labels on defined chemical engineering-related projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality curated data essential for training new AI tasks.
- • You will support and contribute to the training of new AI tasks by working closely with technical staff to ensure successful development and implementation of cutting-edge initiatives, including interpreting, analyzing, and executing tasks based on evolving instructions.
- • You will interact with technical teams to help improve the design of efficient annotation tools, leveraging your chemical engineering expertise to identify complex problems where your input can drive significant improvements in model performance.

- • Must possess a Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, or a highly-related field.

- • Solid reading comprehension skills combined with the capacity to exercise autonomous judgment even when presented with limited data or material.
