• • **A pivotal leadership role driving enterprise-scale transformation and technical governance at NICE Ltd.** As Chief Architect, you will serve as the ultimate technical authority for NICE’s most complex and strategically critical customer engagements, particularly in tier-1 enterprise and public-sector programs. This role is designed to de-risk large-scale programs, ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and long-term customer outcomes, and uphold NICE’s reputation as a trusted partner in high-stakes environments. Your leadership will directly impact the success of multi-year, multi-vendor initiatives, safeguarding architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
• • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
• • **Strategic Consulting and Leadership:** Act as a senior consulting leader within NICE’s Professional Services, shaping and overseeing complex transformation programs. Provide architectural direction, assurance, and challenge to delivery teams to ensure programs align with contractual, architectural, and outcome-based objectives. Engage directly with customer CTOs, Chief Architects, and other senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor and peer-level authority.
• • **Pre-Sales and Deal Shaping:** Lead architecture-level deal assurance in strategic pursuits, large bids, and public-sector procurements. Ensure commitments are technically and operationally deliverable, designs align with NICE’s product capabilities and roadmap, and delivery risks are surfaced early. Prevent over-commitment by introducing enterprise-grade architectural governance from the outset.
• • **Architectural Authority:** Serve as the final architectural authority for NICE on assigned strategic accounts. Review and approve target architectures, integration strategies, migration approaches, security designs, data resilience, and non-functional requirements. Resolve high-risk architectural challenges during delivery and ensure consistency between what is sold, delivered, and supported long-term.
• • **Cross-Functional Enterprise Leadership:** Operate horizontally across Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Cloud Ops, Support, and Partners. Translate enterprise and public-sector requirements into clear, prioritized input for Product and Platform teams. Resolve ambiguity around ownership, responsibility, and decision-making at the architecture level, and represent Professional Services in senior internal forums.
• • **Governance, Risk, and Compliance:** Lead architecture-level considerations of security, data protection, compliance, and regulatory constraints. Own architectural risk assessments for strategic programs and ensure solutions are credible in UK public-sector and regulated enterprise environments. Uphold NICE’s standards for resilience, scalability, and operational readiness.
• • **Mentorship and Practice Maturity:** Act as a role model and mentor for Solution Architects and Delivery Architects. Raise architectural and consulting maturity across EMEA Professional Services by establishing repeatable enterprise patterns, standards, and guardrails without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
