📋 Description

• As a Software Architect at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our engineering team, responsible for shaping scalable, evolvable product architectures that support rapid development of reliable features.
• You will work closely with the architecture team to design systems that perform well at scale and evolve easily, then collaborate with development teams to implement these architectures during product development.
• You will participate in product management and development team meetings to influence roadmaps, assess technical impact, and refine backlogs, while evaluating third-party tools and building proof-of-concept systems to validate architectural approaches.
• You will mentor development teams in adopting new tools and techniques, leveraging your deep expertise in C#, microservices, cloud patterns, and full-stack development to drive technical excellence across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of commercial software product development experience
• At least 5 years of technical leadership, such as development team lead
• Substantial coding experience with C#
• Experience with modern microservice platform services like Kubernetes and Kafka
• Strong technical communication skills, both written and presentation
• Familiarity with common cloud architecture patterns (e.g., Microservice, CQRS, Sidecar)
• Experience with full-stack development including web front-end and distributed back-end components
• Professional level of English
