  • • As Chief of Staff, Marketing at Clay Labs Inc., you will act as an extension of the Head of Marketing, turning strategy into execution across the entire marketing function and ensuring alignment with company-wide growth objectives.

  • • You will lead high-impact, ambiguous cross-functional projects such as launching new growth motions, improving product marketing to sales alignment, and building internal systems for tracking performance, bringing structure to chaos without sacrificing speed.
  • • You will partner closely with leaders across growth, product marketing, brand, community, and sales to ensure cohesive, compounding efforts that drive measurable impact on both self-serve and sales-led motions.

  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities, with a track record of distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable plans across functions like growth, product, brand, and sales.
  • • Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable moving from zero to one, implementing solutions, and figuring things out iteratively rather than just recommending.
  • • Solid understanding of marketing functions—including growth, product marketing, and brand—and how they connect to revenue generation and customer acquisition.
