📋 Description

• As Chief Product & Technology Officer at myTomorrows, you will lead the company’s next chapter of technological maturity and product-driven value creation, serving as a central member of the leadership team and strategic partner to the CEO.
• You will own product strategy, AI and data strategy, engineering velocity, global platform scalability, and act as a commercial and investor representative, translating mission into market-driven product vision while ensuring compliance with healthcare data regulations.
• You will join a global health tech company headquartered in Amsterdam with operations in 134+ countries, having supported over 18,000 patients and 3,000+ physicians, backed by a €25M investment from Avego Healthcare Capital in October 2025.
• You will have the opportunity to shape an AI-powered access orchestration layer, mature cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform), advance knowledge graph and LLM capabilities, and build a culture of high-velocity, high-quality delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven executive leadership as a CPTO, CPO, CTO, or high-impact VP in high-growth HealthTech, life sciences, or SaaS-enabled services
• Hands-on experience scaling AI-powered products, embedding machine learning or NLP into production workflows, and managing complex data landscapes
• Engineering credibility with understanding of Python, FastAPI, AWS cloud-native setups, and interest in knowledge graphs (Neo4j/Memgraph) and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Exposure to compliance-intensive environments, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), and privacy frameworks (GDPR, US health data regulations)
• Experience building software that integrates digital automation with human-led service workflows (human-in-the-loop systems)
• Ability to lead with low ego, high accountability, and strategic connector mindset to drive alignment, clarity, and sustained team engagement
