📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development and global scaling of The Sovereign Kingdom’s (TSK) proprietary digital platform to handle ~10K+ daily visitors and expand internationally.
• Oversee the design and implementation of a sophisticated, intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) aligned with ultra-luxury brand standards.
• Integrate advanced AI and data analytics to deliver hyper-personalized travel recommendations and automate elite service workflows for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
• Design and implement a highly secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that protects sensitive traveler data and meets industry benchmarks for privacy and discretion.
• Establish and enforce "Fortress-Level" cybersecurity protocols to ensure TSK is the benchmark for digital security in luxury travel.
• Oversee integration of 5-star+ IT systems across all flagship properties to maintain a consistent, high-tech guest experience globally.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies—including blockchain for secure bookings, VR for immersive property previews, and IoT for smart-room customization—to enhance the TSK value proposition.
• Manage the technology roadmap to transition the platform from a digital pilot to a global leader in the $1T luxury travel market.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global engineering and product team with expertise in scalable architecture, security, and luxury tech.
• Manage relationships with technical vendors and third-party integrations, including elite lifestyle APIs and secure payment gateways.
• Partner directly with the CEO and CMO to align technology initiatives with business growth, brand loyalty, and operational efficiency goals.
• Ensure platform uptime and performance meet a target of 99.99% availability.
• Deliver a bug-free, wide-scale launch of the TSK proprietary platform.
• Successfully implement and pass audits of all "Fortress-Level" security protocols.
• Scale the tech stack to support expanding flagship property integrations and a growing UHNWI user base.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of technical leadership experience with a proven track record of building and scaling premium platforms in travel, hospitality, or fintech
• Deep expertise in scalable architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and advanced data security
• Demonstrated ability to translate ultra-luxury brand requirements into elegant, frictionless technical solutions
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Visionary problem-solving mindset with obsession for performance, security, and elite user experience
• Experience operating at the intersection of high-scale technology and ultra-luxury service environments
