- • As a Claims Adjuster at Safelease Inc., you will play a critical role in resolving a diverse range of property and casualty claims, including personal property contents in storage units, commercial property losses, commercial casualty liabilities, and specialized manufactured housing claims. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to deliver fast, fair, and efficient claims resolution while maintaining regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will investigate and evaluate claims, negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties, process payments within authority limits, maintain accurate claim records, and leverage digital tools and claims management systems to handle desk-based adjusting efficiently. You will also provide technical expertise on complex or high-value claims and ensure adherence to company policies and state insurance regulations.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-line P&C adjusting, gain experience with specialized risks like manufactured housing and storage unit contents, refine your negotiation and technical skills using modern claims technology, and contribute to a high-impact team where your work directly influences operational excellence and customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Adjuster License in good standing (or ability to quickly obtain reciprocal licensing)
- • Proven experience adjusting commercial property losses and commercial casualty/liability lines
- • Direct experience handling claims related to manufactured housing, modular structures, or unique policy endorsements
- • Experience adjusting high-volume personal property claims
- • Mastery of modern claims management systems (CMS), Google Workspace, digital estimating software, and remote evaluation tools
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry designations (e.g., AIC, SCLA) preferred
