You will play a pivotal role within the CRStar Product Team, serving as a crucial liaison between our innovative software solutions and the healthcare organizations that rely on them.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line support for client inquiries and issues, ensuring seamless utilization of our software. This involves troubleshooting technical challenges, guiding users through functionalities, and proactively identifying areas where clients may need additional assistance or training.
  • • A key aspect of this role is cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships. You will proactively engage with clients within your designated territory, gaining a deep understanding of their current software utilization, evolving needs, and broader strategic objectives related to cancer registry engagement.

  • • You will be instrumental in the successful onboarding of new clients. This includes developing comprehensive implementation plans, delivering tailored training sessions, and overseeing the initial setup of our software to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining Health Catalyst's leadership credentials within regional state associations. This requires active engagement, participation in relevant industry events, and staying abreast of state and national standards pertaining to cancer registries.
  • • You will also collaborate closely with the Manager of Education to develop and deliver ongoing training programs for our existing client base, ensuring they can maximize the value derived from our platform.
  • • Furthermore, you will support the Director of Growth by assisting with new prospect engagement in your designated region. This may involve conducting compelling software demonstrations, both online and on-site, to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.

  • • Your involvement may also extend to supporting software quality and testing initiatives, ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our offerings.
  • • To excel in this role, you will be expected to become a Subject Matter Expert in a key area that directly supports the company’s strategic objectives, contributing to the collective knowledge and capabilities of the team.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding state and national standards relevant to cancer registries, ensuring our clients remain compliant and informed.
  • • This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with both internal teams and external clients, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • • Strong presentation skills are essential for delivering training, conducting demonstrations, and representing Health Catalyst at industry events.
  • • You will also need excellent computer proficiency, particularly with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), to manage documentation, prepare presentations, and analyze data.
  • • A critical requirement for this position is a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cancer Registry operations, with a preference for experience using the CRStar software.
  • • You must hold an active Certified ODS-C certification, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • • In line with Health Catalyst's commitment to data security and compliance, you will maintain adherence to all training directives related to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy, and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
  • • You are expected to safeguard information system assets by diligently identifying and reporting any potential or actual security events to the organization's Security and Compliance Officers.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on healthcare performance improvement, working with leading organizations to enhance patient care and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
