  • • As a Client and Operations Support Specialist at Civitech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our vital mail programs, directly contributing to our mission of fostering a more equitable and progressive democracy. This temporary, fixed-term position, expected to run through November 2026, offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the operational backbone of a mission-driven technology company.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships through clear, consistent, and proactive communication. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring their experience with Civitech's mail program services is exceptional. This involves detailed record-keeping, managing client expectations, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the meticulous compilation and dissemination of critical information. This includes gathering data related to client programs, campaign progress, and operational metrics. You will be responsible for organizing this information into clear, concise reports and updates, ensuring that clients and internal stakeholders are kept well-informed. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • • You will provide essential support for the operational aspects of our mail programs. This encompasses a range of tasks, from coordinating with vendors and managing logistics to tracking program performance and identifying areas for improvement. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in client support, account management, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on communication and relationship building.

  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
