  • • As a Client Delivery Analyst II at Velera, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of complex debit and credit projects for financial institutions. This remote position is crucial for bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions, driving the adoption of innovative fintech services.
  • • You will engage directly with clients to understand their unique business and technical requirements, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. This involves detailed consultation, gathering specifications, and facilitating discussions with key client personnel to define project scope and objectives.
  • • A core responsibility will be conducting thorough Gap Analyses to identify any discrepancies between client needs and existing system capabilities, and to define the necessary system set-up requirements for a seamless integration.
  • • You will provide expert consulting and guidance to clients, recommending the most effective approaches to meet their business objectives using Velera's solutions. This requires a deep understanding of both the client's operational landscape and Velera's product offerings.
  • • Translating client business requirements into actionable technical tasks is essential. You will serve as a key communicator between client technical teams, vendor technical teams, and internal Velera technical groups, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • • Data mapping between disparate systems will be a significant part of your role, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow and integration between client systems and Velera's platforms.
  • • You will actively work with client staff and external vendors to execute project plans, meticulously tracking and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all technical tasks.
  • • Proactively identifying and reporting any outstanding issues to the assigned Project Manager is critical. You will also play an active role in assisting with the resolution of these issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • • Maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the implementation process is paramount. This includes clearly communicating the technical aspects and requirements of implementations to third-party vendors and the internal Project Support Team.
  • • You will be responsible for validating system parameters and conducting comprehensive testing to ensure the solution functions as intended. This may involve modifying program parameters as necessary to achieve optimal performance.
  • • Providing dedicated technical support to clients during the design, development, and implementation phases of their projects is a key function, ensuring they have the resources needed for a successful rollout.
  • • Following the implementation, you will provide extended hour post-implementation support, and be available for occasional on-site support as required by project needs.
  • • Adherence to established change control and appropriate change management processes is mandatory to maintain system integrity and project stability.
  • • Cultivating strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and internal business partners/project team members is vital for effective communication and the successful delivery of complex project implementations.
  • • You will contribute to continuous improvement by assisting in the identification of potential enhancements to the department's defined processes and workflows.
  • • Understanding and completing tasks associated with various types of department projects, and performing other duties as assigned, will be part of your dynamic role.
  • • Occasional after-hours on-call support for project installations may be required, ensuring critical deployments are managed effectively.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of financial technology innovation, directly impacting the success of credit unions and financial institutions by enabling them to offer cutting-edge payment solutions to their members. You will be part of a company dedicated to accelerating partners' success through innovative financial technology and inspired service, contributing to the 'People Helping People' ethos.
