  • • As a Client Delivery Executive at Unisys Corporation, you will be at the forefront of managing and orchestrating large-scale, complex, and geographically dispersed client implementations. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of establishing, leading, and collaborating closely with the Service Delivery organization to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services. This involves meticulously meeting all cost, governance, performance, quality, innovation, and value requirements stipulated in client agreements. You will be instrumental in contract and account governance, actively participating in discussions and decision-making processes that shape the client relationship and service delivery.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the development and co-development of annual reviews for Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This requires a deep understanding of client needs and service capabilities, ensuring that SLAs are not only met but also evolve to reflect changing business landscapes and client expectations.
  • • You will excel at interpreting complex business requirements, translating them into actionable strategies, and designing innovative solutions that drive client success. This involves a proactive approach to understanding the client's business, identifying areas for improvement, and leveraging Unisys's capabilities to deliver tangible value.
  • • Establishing yourself as a senior thought partner with clients is crucial. You will build credibility by offering insightful perspectives on industry trends, company advancements, and emerging opportunities. Your ability to address client process, operational, or technical needs with expert advice will be a hallmark of your success.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust operational and risk management strategies across your assigned accounts. This includes ensuring that these strategies are effectively communicated, adapted, and diligently applied by the service delivery teams, thereby mitigating potential issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • • This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, focusing on building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-level client engagement, fostering trust and demonstrating Unisys's commitment to client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • • You will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, including technical experts, project managers, and support staff, to achieve project milestones and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Your leadership will be essential in navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a cohesive and high-performing delivery team.
  • • The ability to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions before issues arise is a critical component of this role. You will leverage your understanding of the client's business environment and Unisys's service portfolio to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services, thereby contributing to revenue growth and deepening client engagement.
