📋 Description
- • The Client Engagement Account Manager at Brown & Brown Insurance plays a critical role in managing the strategic and operational relationships for assigned pharmacy benefit accounts, ensuring client retention and revenue stability through expert guidance and service delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, managing RFP/procurement and market-check processes, assisting with contract reviews and PBM negotiations, overseeing audit workflows, analyzing pharmacy claim data via Pharmalogic reporting, managing client transitions to new PBMs, maintaining MSA/SOWs and renewals, resolving pharmacy-related issues, and documenting all key agreements and client correspondence.
- • The role sits within the Brown & Brown National Pharmacy Team (NPT), a 200+ member cross-functional team comprising pharmacists, client service representatives, actuaries, analysts, data engineers, developers, and care team coordinators, organized into Pharmacy Consulting and Analytics, Auditing, and PillarRx Copay Maximization units.
