- • As a Client Partner Account Manager at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in driving growth and accountability for our B2B clients by expertly managing their digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring client success by leveraging Tinuiti's comprehensive suite of services and proprietary technology, Bliss Point, to eliminate waste and scale what works, directly contributing to the agency's mission of delivering measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day management of assigned client accounts. This includes meticulously overseeing all projects to ensure they are delivered punctually, within the agreed-upon scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will proactively devise and implement detailed account plans, strategically integrating multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to effectively meet and exceed client objectives. A key aspect of your role will involve assisting clients in establishing robust budgets and forecasts, and then diligently using provided data to ensure that budgets are allocated and utilized in the most efficient manner possible, with accurate actualization at the end of each month. You will actively identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling, ensuring these efforts are tightly aligned with the client’s overarching strategic goals and Tinuiti’s extensive service offerings. Furthermore, you will be tasked with analyzing client data to uncover critical trends, identify lucrative opportunities, and pinpoint areas ripe for improvement, translating these findings into insightful reports and compelling presentations for both clients and internal teams. Your ability to foster strong relationships will be crucial as you engage collaboratively with Tinuiti’s specialized client channel teams and other internal departments, contributing positively to client project outcomes and the execution of strategic initiatives. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring clients are consistently informed about project progress and key outcomes, while also supporting the broader Client Partner team in adeptly addressing client concerns and resolving issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.
