- • Drive commercial growth by identifying opportunities to increase advertising effectiveness and partner spend through deep understanding of client marketing objectives and challenges.
- • Develop and pitch tailored media strategies that align Deliveroo’s advertising solutions with the needs of major restaurant and grocery partners, leading pitches to senior stakeholders.
- • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including launch, management, and detailed reporting, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners.
- • Proactively monitor campaign performance metrics and evolve strategies to consistently improve ROI against agreed client objectives.
- • Synthesise ongoing client feedback to inform broader advertising product priorities and share best practices across the account management function.
- • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key restaurant and grocery brands in the UK, acting as the primary point of contact for advertising sales and account management.
- • Leverage marketplace data and campaign analytics to craft data-driven stories and strategic recommendations that influence client decision-making.
- • Navigate a fast-paced, evolving marketplace environment with agility and ownership, identifying new business opportunities and adapting to changing client needs.
- • Collaborate with teams across Deliveroo and DoorDash to align advertising strategies with broader organisational goals and scale successful initiatives.
- • Maintain a client-centric approach by understanding the unique marketing goals of each partner and translating them into measurable, high-impact advertising outcomes.
- • Work in a hybrid model from the London HQ (The River Building), balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.

- • Support the growth of Deliveroo’s advertising revenue by expanding existing client relationships and uncovering new monetisation opportunities within the marketplace.

- • Ensure all client interactions reflect Deliveroo’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and mutual growth in a three-sided marketplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in advertising sales or media account management, with experience handling high-value negotiations with senior executives.
- • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including both brand awareness and performance marketing channels.
- • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- • Advanced ability to synthesise marketplace data and campaign analytics into compelling strategic recommendations.
