  • • As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our strategic business relationships. You will serve as the primary liaison between our valued clients and Stewart's internal production teams, ensuring seamless communication and the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable strategies that align with Stewart's service offerings.
  • • This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Stewart's diverse product lines, including title insurance, closing, settlement, and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders. Equally important is a deep knowledge of each client's unique business operations and objectives. By staying attuned to these aspects, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and ensure that the services provided consistently meet or exceed established service level agreements.
  • • You will be responsible for monitoring account production, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement. This involves not only ensuring the quality of work delivered but also anticipating potential challenges and developing proactive solutions. Your insights will be instrumental in maintaining strong client partnerships and fostering loyalty.
  • • The Client Relationship Manager will manage a range of assignments, and may have the opportunity to lead projects within their area of expertise.   • • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of related work experience. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage client relationships, understand business needs, and drive service excellence within a professional services environment.
