- • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 50 U.S.-based client accounts via Slack, email, and Google Meet.
- • Lead onboarding sessions, pre-launch meetings, and scheduled client check-ins at 15-day and 30-day intervals to ensure seamless client integration and ongoing support.
- • Communicate campaign performance updates, findings, and next steps clearly and proactively to maintain client trust and transparency.
- • Review dashboards and reports from the analytics team to extract key trends in Cost Per Sale, Contact Rate, and Conversion Rate, translating complex data into actionable client-friendly insights.
- • Identify patterns in campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to recommend data-backed optimizations aligned with client goals.
- • Proactively manage client relationships by anticipating concerns, identifying opportunities, and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- • Investigate client performance challenges to determine root causes and collaborate on effective, tailored solutions.
- • Maintain detailed and up-to-date communication records in internal CRM systems, with preference for experience using HubSpot Service Hub.
- • Track and manage client action items, deliverables, and follow-ups across a high-volume portfolio to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- • Deliver reports with clarity and context to empower clients to make informed decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
- • Continuously learn about clients’ industries, business objectives, and marketing strategies to provide strategic, consultative support beyond basic account management.
- • Maintain a professional, work-related social media presence, including LinkedIn, to build and nurture client relationships through industry engagement.
- • Work during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and ensure real-time responsiveness.
- • Operate in a fully remote, work-from-home environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup.
- • Support a performance-driven culture where every client interaction is tied to measurable growth, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- • Contribute to improved client retention and satisfaction through consistent, value-driven communication and proactive problem-solving.
- • Embrace a growth mindset by continuously learning about marketing operations, performance metrics, and client success best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Marketing Operations
- • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot Service Hub
- • Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as Cost Per Sale, Contact Rate, and Conversion Rate
- • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work setup
- • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for light data analysis and verification
- • Available to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST daily
