  • • As a Client Success Manager at Cylinder Health, you will be the pivotal point of contact and strategic partner for a dedicated portfolio of 25-30 self-insured employers, each ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 total covered lives. Your primary mission will be to ensure the seamless delivery of our innovative digestive health solutions, fostering deep and lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within these client organizations. This role is instrumental in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth, acting as the essential connective tissue between our clients and Cylinder's internal teams.
  • • You will meticulously manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial onboarding and ongoing service delivery to strategic account planning and successful contract renewals. This involves proactively identifying client needs, anticipating challenges, and developing tailored strategies to maximize the value they derive from the Cylinder platform. Your ability to build trust and rapport with executive leadership, HR benefits teams, and operational contacts will be paramount to cultivating a true partnership.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with both client objectives and Cylinder's growth targets. This requires a deep understanding of the employer health benefits landscape, the unique challenges faced by self-insured employers, and the transformative potential of Cylinder's virtual care model. You will be responsible for driving annual revenue retention and identifying opportunities for account expansion, contributing directly to the company's success.
  • • Data will be your compass. You will be expected to leverage data insights to continuously inform and adapt your account strategies. This includes interpreting complex clinical and financial metrics, such as ROI, cost savings, and member outcomes, and translating them into compelling narratives for your clients. Effectively communicating the tangible value and impact of the Cylinder partnership will be crucial for demonstrating ROI and reinforcing the strategic importance of our solution.
  • • You will play a lead role in orchestrating marketing and engagement initiatives designed to significantly boost member enrollment and ongoing utilization of the Cylinder platform. This involves close collaboration with the Cylinder marketing team, where you will contribute your client-specific insights to tailor existing marketing materials and co-create new campaigns. Your understanding of client needs will ensure that these campaigns are relevant, impactful, and resonate with their employee populations.
  • • Serving as the primary liaison, you will coordinate closely with various internal Cylinder teams, including Product and Engineering, Finance, Sales, Member Services, and Clinical Operations. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that client feedback is integrated into product development, operational issues are resolved efficiently, and the overall client experience is cohesive and exceptional. You will be the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring their success.
  • • This position demands a highly consultative approach, underpinned by strong project management skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will need to be adept at navigating complex organizational structures, managing multiple priorities, and driving projects to successful completion within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • • Your ability to think strategically, coupled with a hands-on, detail-oriented execution style, will be key. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process improvement within client accounts and contributing to the refinement of Cylinder's own service delivery models. A proactive, self-motivated attitude, combined with a genuine passion for improving digestive health outcomes, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
  • • Cylinder's vision is to create a world where personalized, convenient, and affordable digestive healthcare is accessible to all. As a Client Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of realizing this vision, directly impacting the quality of life for thousands of individuals and contributing to the financial health of employers through reduced absenteeism and improved productivity. Your work will directly translate into better health outcomes and a more positive healthcare experience for members.
