  • • You will develop and execute robust business strategies for clients post-launch, focusing on enabling long-term retention and sustainable account growth.

  • • You will be responsible for clearly and effectively communicating the progress of monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • • You will leverage data analysis through reports and trend identification to inform strategic decisions and client engagement plans.
  • • Negotiating contracts and successfully closing renewal agreements will be essential to securing the continued partnership and revenue streams from our clients.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve proactively minimizing churn by anticipating, identifying, and mitigating potential risks before they impact the client relationship.
  • • You will actively seek and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new products and services, further deepening client engagement and expanding their use of DailyPay's offerings.
  • • This role demands a client-first mentality, ensuring that every interaction and strategic decision prioritizes the client's success and satisfaction.
  • • You will embody a solution-oriented approach, tackling challenges with a positive, can-do attitude, and inspiring confidence in your clients.
  • • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are vital for conveying complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • • You will be adept at utilizing CRM software, such as Salesforce or Gainsight, and proficient with Google Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage client data and communications effectively.
  • • Familiarity with AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT will be advantageous in enhancing your productivity and client engagement strategies.
  • • A strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs will enable you to measure and articulate the value DailyPay brings to its clients.
  • • You will be comfortable with occasional travel as required to meet with clients and foster relationships in person.
  • • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to support critical client needs demonstrates your commitment to client success.
