• • As a Client Success Manager, Partnerships at Ascertain, you will own the full lifecycle of client relationships in healthcare, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term value delivery of AI-powered administrative automation tools.
• • Day to day, you will manage post-sale client engagement, partner with implementation teams to drive smooth onboarding, monitor performance metrics like throughput and time saved, lead executive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve client outcomes and internal processes.
• • Ascertain is a mission-driven healthcare AI company backed by Northwell Health and Deerfield Management, focused on restoring time and trust to care teams by automating burdensome administrative work in major health systems and specialty groups.
